He was predeceased by : his father Francisco Rosa Molina; and his sister Damarie Lugo. He is survived by : his children, Diedre A. Molina, Michelle Rosa, Manuelita Rosa, Jessica Gangemi, Jennifer Molina, Mauel Jordan Molina, Amanda Molina and Alexandra Molina; and his siblings, Carmen Olivencia, Nora Silkworth, Francisco Molina Jr., Janice Ayala, Nilda Melendez, Helen Lugo and Paul Rosa. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Gethsemane Cemetery (3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
