Nelson Long Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelson Long (West Reading, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Long and Mary Long (Smith). He is survived by : his wife Patricia E. Long (Piro); his children, Melissa A. Leonard (Thomas) of Harrisburg and Douglas E. Long (Aubrey) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Brennan Long, Gavin Long and Allison Leonard; his brother George Henry Long, Jr. (Linda); and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Piro. He is also survived by cousins, several nieces, a nephew and many great nieces and nephews.
