She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Mohn and Dorother Mohn (Olen). She is survived by: her husband Daniel E. Ziolkowski; and her daughter Traci Ziolkowski-Harrison. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two siblings.
