She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Hardy; and her parents, Dominick Konopacki and Theresa Konopacki (Bartkowech). She is survived by: her daughters, Tara Hardy of Sinking Spring and Marjorie Hardy of Sebastian, FL; her granddaughter Skylar Leigh Wallsten; her siblings, Dominic Konopacki of East Brunswick, NJ, Valerie Matuchek of South Amboy, NJ and Elizabeth Konopacki of Whiting, NJ; her siblings' children, Alice Poley, Andrew and David Konopacki; and her pets, Charmin and Cadida.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home (739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
