He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rapp and Evelyn Rapp (Polleiger); his stepson Donald J. Deissler; and his stepgrandson Travis White. He is survived by: his wife Christine Rapp (Ludwig); his stepdaughters, Rosemary K. Grill and Christina White; and his siblings, William Rapp and Margaret Spence-Rapp.
