She was predeceased by: her father Charles Eshenbaugh. She is survived by: her mother Karen Eshenbaugh (Kohlmeyer); her husband Justin Nagy; her children, Chance Nagy (Lane), Chaz Nagy and Shayla Nagy; her brothers, Kevin Eshenbaugh (Claudine) and Scott Eshenbaugh (Donna); and her uncle Mike Kohlmeyer (Collette). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.
