He is survived by: his children, Jessica Settle (Fred), Maria Stebbins (Matthew) and Anthony "Peep" Cox Jr. of New Castle; his grandchildren, Kenzie Helle, Cece, Maddie, Fred "Bubba", Sophia, Katie, Joey Settle, Gionna and Angie Cox; and his sister Theresa Bulisco (Ralph) of Mahoningtown.
