He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Campbell and Martha Campbell (Murray). He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin (Janet), Mark (Bev) of Emlenton, PA, Kim of Hilliards, PA, Jay of Clarion County, PA and Kathy Farrelly (Tom) of Cayuga, NY; and his aunts, Carolyn Murray and Shirley Rossey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
