Juracko (Lape); his daughters, Samantha Arlet (John) and Theresa Juracko; his grandchildren, Haley Manjack (Brad), Maisie, John, Mya Arlet and Evan Juracko; his great grandchild Norah May Manjack; and his brothers, Fran (Jill), Dave (Gerry), Joe (Sarah) and Paul Juracko (Dorothy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
