It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia M. Webb (West Sunbury, Pennsylvania), born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph A. Brown and Mildred Ekis Brown. She is survived by: her children, Susan Earley White (Gene Ruffner), Karen Webb, Terri Leinenbach (John) and Howard Webb; and her close friend Cora Thomas. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and seventeen great grandchildren.
