She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Witter and Bertha Mae Witter (Householder); her husband Eric S. Liber; and her sister Nancy Sloan. She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Duff, Sylvia Kelley, Mel F. Witter (Sheryl) and James Witter (Haixia); and her nieces and nephews, Clark Kelley (Natalia), Susan Hamman (Michael), Brett Kelley (Kim), Jennifer Kelley, Shelley Walsh (David), Nancy Beth Nichols (Lance), James Witter (Carrie), Justin Witter, Ashley Aiken (Curtis), Joshuah Witter, Jacob Witter (Jessica) and Katelyn Witter.
