She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Hazlett (Saunders) and John Hazlett; and her husband William Morris. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Septak (Beth), Robert Septak (Gina) and Charles Mondave (Roberta); her stepdaughter Jenny Larkovic; her grandchildren, Michelle Septak (Jake), Robert "Bobby" Septak (Alyssa), Mikey Septak (Alexis), Kara Septak (Jeff), Adam Logan (Danielle), Alexa Colosimo (Ben) and Marissa Mondave; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Brooks, Isabella, Dominic, Sophia and Cabela; her niece Elizabeth Mills (Patryc); her great-nieces, Hazel and Amelia; and her brother Edward Hazlett (Iva).
