She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Walker and Ethel Walker (Baughman); and her husband Michael Nazak. She is survived by: her son Keith Nazak; and her grandchildren, Andrew and Megan Nazak. She is also survived by 3 brothers and sisters.
