He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Frank and Virginia Frank; and his former wife Barbara Frank. He is survived by: his wife Janet Frank; his children, John Parker (Diane), Debra Andreas (Kip) and Scott Frank (Brenda); his grandchildren, Sara Parker and Wesley Parker; and his brother Richard Frank (Cam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
