She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Budryk and Stella Budryk; her husband Donald; her sister Carol Sinicki; and her grandson Jacob Joseph Wilmot.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Welka, Jr. (Sally), Robert Welka (Terri), Diane Wilmot and Debbie Freas (Don); her brother-in-law Raymond Sinicki; her grandchildren, Claire Gray (Matt), Jessica Kiefer (Kyle), Carolyn Sisson (Colton), Joshua Welka (Samantha), Zachary Freas, Paige Freas and Samantha Freas; her great grandchild Estelle Sisson; and her pets, Eugene and Sophie.
