He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Arlene M. Zdilla (Bolchak); his sons, Greg Zdilla (Ann) and Jeff Zdilla (Carrie); his grandchildren, Noah, Sydney, Lucas, Waylen and Lila Jo Zdilla; and his sister Bernadette Zdilla.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Saints John & Paul Church (2586 Wexford Bayne Rd, Sewickley, PA 15143). A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
