He was predeceased by: his mother Jean E. Cebulski (McDunn). He is survived by: his father Edward J. Cebulski; his wife Diane M. Cebulski (Kumpfmiller); his daughters, Lauren and Crista; his siblings, Judy Bentz, Edward Cebulski, Jr., Kim Huey and Linda Slagel; Kairee. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
