He is survived by: his wife Janet Spiker (Radi); his daughters, Marcy Gates (Donald) and Jill Spiker; his granddaughters, Amanda, Megan and Peyton Gates; and his sisters, Pat Briston, Sandra Franciscus, Nancy Pozzuto and Carol Wisniewski.

Memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society or St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
