He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Miller and Elmira Miller (Weidner); and his siblings, Tony Miller, Carl Miller, Harvey Miller and Rita Rehrig.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mae Mowery; his children, Francis H. Miller Jr., Kristine Ney (Fred) and Tabatha Brynok (Frank); his siblings, Eleanor Kline, Diane Beeber and Kenneth Miller; and his pet Toby. He is also survived by six Grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
