She was predeceased by: her parents, Juraj Bokulic and Bara Bokulic (Canjar); her husband Nick Pergantis; and her brothers, George and Joseph Bokulic.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Prokop (Kenneth) and Nicholas Pergantis (Katie).
