Deborah J. Foster Obituary

We announce the death of Deborah J. Foster of White Oak, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 71. Deborah will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Holland and Irene D. Holland; her husband Alexander Foster Jr.; and her siblings, Barry Holland and Kimberly Holland.

She is survived by: her sons, Alexander Foster III of White Oak and Daniel Foster (Nikki) of North Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Colton, Reagan and Mason; and her brother Ken Holland (Karen) of Dravosburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, many dear friends, and the beloved animals.

The family asks that those wishing to honor Debbie's memory consider donating to an animal rescue organization of their choosing.
