She was predeceased by: her mother Geraldine Andzelik (Ruffolo). She is survived by: her father Lawrence Andzelik; her children, Jessica Martinelli (Anthony) and James A. Mosher Jr. (Bailey); her grandchildren, Dakota, Kennedy, James III and Ruby; and her close friend George Mogel.
