She was predeceased by: her parents, Wencelaus Jaworski and Marian Jaworski; her husband Stanley A. "Lefty" Sowa; and her siblings, Robert Jaworski, Gloria Loutitt, Felix "Don" Jaworski, Geraldine "Gerry" Nolder and Tanya Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Sowa (Connie) of North Huntingdon, Chris Sowa of Troutman, NC and Scott Sowa of White Oak; her granddaughters, Jessica Sowa and Ashley Weinheimer (Andrew); and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Jaworski of White Oak and Mary Sowa of Perrysburg, OH. She is also survived by two great grandsons and many cherished nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Angela Merici Church (2701 Kelly St, White Oak, PA 15131).
