She is survived by: her husband James Alexander Chokey, Sr.; her children, Jill Chokey Ramsier (Laurie) of Orlando and James Alexander Chokey, Jr. (Guinevere) of Portland, Oregon; her brother David Hartos (JoAnn) of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania; her niece Jennifer Hartos Phinnick; her nephews, Alex Hartos and Brian Hartos; and her sister-in-law Leslie A. Hartos of Duquesne, Pennsylvania.. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews.
