She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Shrigley and Margaret Ault Shrigley; her husband Henry Hoffman; her former husband Orville Lewis; and her daughter Sharon Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Donald David Lewis of Whitehall, PA, Lynne Petrunyak (Michael) of West Mifflin, PA, Kathleen Wilks of Virginia Beach, VA and Tamela Beatty; her grandson David; and her children, Shelly, Melissa, Devon and Christopher. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
