He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Janet Whitney Baum and David DelSignore. He is survived by: his parents, Amy DelSignore and John DelSignore; his siblings, Sam and Zoe DelSignore; and his grandparents, Terri and Sal Greco.
To honor Max's unwavering love and commitment to his brother, Sam, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Special Olympics.
