He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Frank" Biega and Helen Biega Evanovich (Swiencki); and his nephew Ron Biega. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Margaret Biega (Herbert); his siblings, Dorothy Henderson (Rich) of Port Vue and Frank Biega (Pat) of Chandler, AZ; his siblings-in-law, Dr. Gary Herbert (Karen) of North Huntingdon and Patricia Moore (John) of Hopewell; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Herbert (Bill Price), Frank Herbert, Kaye Marie Henderson, Ken Henderson (late Debbie), Kevin Henderson (Cheryl), Kert Henderson (Joan) and Holly Biega Sherman (late Joseph). He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
