He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank and Ann Stratton Kirk; and his brother Daniel Kirk (late Catherine). He is survived by: his wife Georgeann Ratesic Kirk of White Oak, PA; his daughter Juliann Kirk of White Oak, PA; his sisters, Patricia Kirk of Monroeville, PA and Elizabeth Dubois (Roger) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his brother-in-law Mark Ratesic (Sue) of White Oak, PA. He is also survived by many nieces; and nephews.
