He was predeceased by : his parents, Allen B. Sipe and Goldie Sipe (Mansberry). He is survived by : his wife Sadie Sipe (Garlets); his children, Randy Sipe (Cynthia), Tammy Hawk (Jim), Mike Sipe and Steve Sipe (Dayna); and his siblings, Blaine Sipe, Ben Sipe, Virginia Hall and Brenda Burnsworth. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson.
