He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hawk and Nora Layman Hawk; and his sisters, Jean Ann Peperak and Adeline Cumberland. He is survived by: his significant other Connie; and his brothers-in-law, Franklin Lee Bradley and Clarence Bradley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
