She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Short and Catherine Short (Petronick); her husband Arthur P. McPoland; and her siblings, Dorothy Sigmond and Robert Short.
She is survived by : her daughter Rita G. "Reetie" McPoland; and her sister Virginia Magosh. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
