He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foster and Virginia Foster (Beatty); his wife Beverly J. "Sis" Foster (Robison); and his siblings, Ronald, Robert, Violet and Carol.
He is survived by: his children, John (Tina Foster), Debbie (Bill Rizzo), Kathy (Rick Rihely) and Becky (Mike Engel); and his grandchildren, Gregg, Stefanie, Melissa, Billie Jo, Justin, Shawna, Shawn Mark and David. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
