She was predeceased by: her husband Albert L. Welker, Jr.; her parents, Thomas Cairns and Mathilda Cairns; and her siblings, Bernadette Kohler, Thomas Cairns, Jr. and Rita.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Tutsock (Greg), David Welker (Denise), Alan Welker (Jennifer) and Maureen Welker; her grandchildren, Nunny of Lauren, Greg Jr., Kristen Storino (Rick), Christian, Justin, Matthew and Tyler; and her great grandchild Mason Storino. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
