She is survived by: her children, Deborah Ann (late Peter C. Tassari) of Pittsburgh, Michael C. Hollis (Vicki), Huntington and Charles M. Hollis (Christine) of Sarasota, FL.; her grandchildren, Michael Hollis, Kathleen Wilson (Chris), Braden Hollis (Brenda), Christina Mossman (Easton) and Carol Ann Fulk (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Mason Hollis, Cecilia, Sophia Mossman, Eliza and Emory Fulk; her sister Debbie (Mother); and her caregivers, Michelle H., Carrie B., Carrie M. and Theresa F.. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
