He was predeceased by: his father Doug; and his brother Floyd. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen; his daughter Kori; his siblings, Doug (Tammy), Kathleen (Cliff), Sarah (Gina), Alisia (Dan) and Alan (Nichole); his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Ashley, Brittany, Jarrid, Cassie, Kailyn, Gabriella, Madison, Jaclyn, Gavin, Kylie, Aubrey, Anthony, Juliet and Angela; his goddaughter Aryanna; his great-niece Isla; and his great-nephew Rowan.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charlie's memory can be made to Walking with Anthony Foundation.
