David left this world on January 13, 2026 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hipolito Irizarry and Patria Malave (Velez). He is survived by: his sons, Michael Irizarry (Jacqueline) and Ronald Irizarry (Edda); and his siblings, Celso Porto, Anita Malave and Nelson Malave. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
