He is survived by: his children, David Tobey (Robin) of Sparrow Bush, NY, Bradley Thornton of Chicago, IL, Sandra Parker of Pittsford, NY and Karen Steele (Brian) of Breinigsville; his brother Alan Tobey of Boston Spa, NY; his sister-in-law Martha Tobey; his grandchildren, Christine, Steven, Brandon, Drake, Katelyn, Dylan and Colin; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Maxdon and Logan; his brother James; and his sister-in-law Joyce Frechette. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
