He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Sharon; his siblings, Kimberly Althouse Brinker (Bobby Young), Timothy Althouse (Tania) and Adam Althouse (Renee); his nieces and nephews, Kylie, Alexis, Brooke, Dakota, Dannica and Domonique; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lilliana, Jameson and Mackenna. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the NSS Life PVR Scholarship Fund, 1301 Ashwood Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317, where a leaf in J's honor will be placed on the Tree of Life.
