He is survived by: his parents, Jose Alberto Aponte and Carmen Iris Cotto; his spouse Yelitza Aponte (Santiago Gonzalez); his children, Leishleanne Santiago, Joshua Aponte of Deltona, FL and Jakob Aponte of Iowa; and his sister Marie Carmen Aponte of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
