He was predeceased by: his parents, William Karp and Olga Chaszar Karp; and his brother William Bruce Karp. He is survived by: his daughter Tyra Karp; his grandson Jasper of Texas; his pet Balto; and his sisters, Beverly J. Zaum (Eric S.) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Lynn A. Kemmerer of Shippensburg and Lois M. Frey (Timothy R.) of Bethlehem. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
