He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy A. Leheny; his parents, Patrick R., Sr. and Edna Leheny (Walsh); and his siblings, Dorothy Morris, Thomas Leheny and Dennis Leheny.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Graziano (Jim) and Erin Riccitelli (Tony); his grandchildren, Daniel (Katharine), Rachel, Kara Graziano, Alyssa Dunn and A. J. Riccitelli; and his friend Bill Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
