He was predeceased by: his spouse Sybilla R. Bailey (Strunk); and his parents, Richard Bailey, Sr. and Doris Bailey (Scheirer). He is survived by: his children, Mark Bailey of Hellertown, Marsha (Eddie Colon) of Tampa and Brian Bailey (Mandy) of Bath; and his siblings, Rodney Bailey of Coplay and Virginia (Joseph Hook) of Allentown. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
