Rita Guthrie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Guthrie of Whitehall, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney J. Shiffman and Maxine Shiffman (Adler). She is survived by: her husband Tom Guthrie; her children, Benjamin (Sheena), Daniel (Amanda Strauss) and Delia Guthrie (Ava Etemadi); her grandchildren, Beatrice, Rebecca, Jacob, Liana and Maia; and her siblings, Naomi Shiffman and David Shiffman. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
