He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard F. Hoy and Helene Hoy (Elliott); and his sister Eileen Heard. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Hoy (Holtzer); and his children, Lisa A. Conrad (Gary) of Coplay, Karen A. Woodring (David) of Whitehall, Jill M. Knolle (Peter) of Macungie and Patrick C. Hoy (Amy) of Orefield. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. (4906 PA-309, Schnecksville, PA 18078). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
