She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael J. Kostelnik and Anna Kostelnik (Barlock); her husband Andrew Smolleck; and her daughter Lynn A. Salandro. She is survived by: her son David A. Smolleck of Whitney; and her grandsons, Wesley Salandro (Eva) and Garrett Salandro.
