He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Prather and Ethel Prather (Hancox); his wife Karen Humphries Prather; and his brother Larry Prather. He is survived by: his children, Naomi Prather of Tampa, FL and Wade Prather (Kathleen) of Grafton, NY; his brother Ed Prather (Hazel) of Harborcreek, PA; his sister-in-law Kathy Prather of Hydetown, PA.; his grandchildren, Caitlin, William, Anthony and Joann; and his great grandchild Xavier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
