He is survived by: his wife Gloria A. Kulp Lucas; his children, Grace Lucas, Earl Lucas, Jr., Thomas Lucas and Lillian Miller; and his siblings, Gloria Stence, Linda Herb, Shirley Sponsler, Annie Hirsch and Marlin Lucas. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 1 great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel/Wesley United Methodist Church (5560 State Rd, Loyalton, PA). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
