He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Victor and Luella Klinger Umberger; and his sisters, Joyce Moyer (Ken) and Darlene Eckler (Dennis). He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Kelley Umberger; his children, Dennis, Brad, Susan Schmick (Keith) and Trudy Stoner (Todd); his grandsons, Corey, Matthew Schmick (Christine) and Jacob Stoner; his great grandchild Theodore "Teddy" Schmick; his brothers, Marlin (Shorty) and George Umberger; his close friend Gene Yanoscak; and his son Mike.
