He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alfred and Anna Lundberg Halquist; his wife Jane M. Boddorf; and his siblings, Harry, Henry, John, Raymond, Donald Halquist, Helen Richardson, Hildegard Gressons, Dorothy Thompson, Frances Wantuck, Phyllis Johnson, Patty Gavazzi, Jean Ferko and Tillie Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Halquist (Deana) of Brockport, NY, Don Halquist (Bill Evans) of Port Townsend, WA and Brenda Bevacqua (Mike) of Johnsonburg; his grandchildren, Cody, Noah Halquist, Sarah Buehler (Patrick) and Eric Bevacqua (MaryKate); and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Otto, Heath Buehler and Daniel Bevacqua. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
