She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonia Nati (Marianelli) and Frank Nati; her husband Levio Grilli; and her siblings, Lena Pantucci, Emma Trottini and Orlando Nati.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christopher, Kaitlyn and Liam; her children, Dr. Joseph Grilli (Lisa) of Jenkins Twp and Lynn Grilli (Leo Gilroy) of Kingston; her grandchild Drs; her great grandchildren, Maxwell Grilli and Cecilia DeMarco; and her sister-in-law Emma Esopi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Saints Peter & Paul Church (13 Hudson Rd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
